BOOKING CONDITIONS

Stay in rooms

- Minimum stay of two nights

- Check in from 15.00 to 20.00

- Check out by 11.00 AM on departure day

- The prices include: living room, breakfast, linen, daily cleaning, water, electricity, heating, wi-fi, parking and VAT

Stay in vacation rentals

- Minimum stay of three nights

- Check in from 15.00 to 20.00

- Check out by 11.00 AM on departure day

- Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 €

- The price includes: water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning where available, satellite TV, dishwasher and other amenities, parking and VAT.

It should be noted (as also reported in the rooms and cottages) there is a Presidential Decree (412/1993) regulating the use of heating and cooling systems between November 1 and April 15 of each year: maximum time of heating 12 hours per day with a maximum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. In summer, temperature cannot be kept below 26 degrees Celsius, with a maximum cooling time of 12 hours

To confirm your booking, we ask for the details of your credit card, indicating type, number, and expiration date.

Credit card payments will be charged a 5% fee. The data will be kept exclusively for the guarantee, except in case of cancellation (see below):

Being a small structure we are forced to observe these conditions, which however are very common in Italy. In fact, we would not ever be able to make up for a last-minute cancellation. Some large hotels can afford to, but canceling on the last day for us would be absolutely prohibitive also considered the substantial discounts we always offer.
